The Pro-Pal™ Low Level Pail Palletizer is a floor-level palletizer which provides continuous, smooth operation with remarkable ease of maintenance.

Designed to withstand constant operation, the system features a positive rack and pinion arm design to ensure the accurate pick-up and placement of pails.

Modular in design, the system will operate as a stand-alone machine or can be incorporated into a solution to include automatic pallet dispensing, slip sheet insertion and full pallet accumulation.

continuous operation

Pallets are loaded into a pallet magazine by fork lift and are automatically dispensed and held by pallet stops in the load position.

Pails are fed into the system and diverted into lanes. Each pail is positioned for the label to be viewable while on the pallet.

Pails travel to the gripper head, are then nested into a pattern for placement on the pallet.
